The Team

Our Supply Chain Management Team supports the world's most recognizable brands to design and implement a future ready operating model for supply chains that balances Cost, Speed and Service. We enable business growth through building supply chain resilience and agility from visibility to orchestration to settlement, shifting focus from cost to high value work that transforms customer experience.

Our goal is to drive innovation and guide our clients' digital supply chain transformation journeys, leveraging innovative technology such as AI/ML, predictive and prescriptive analytics to enable decision automation and increased operational efficiency.

We are a integral team operating from Europe, North America, and India, focusing on consulting services around Customer Centricity, Procurement Experience, Supply Chain Planning, Smart Operations, and Agile Logistics.

Responsibilities

-

- Lead Supply Chain Planning workstreams in client-focused, dynamic international projects with strong autonomy.

- Act as a functional and solution expert to proactively advise customers and deliver outstanding results in your area of expertise.

- Plan, conceive, and implement complex SCM transformation projects across the entire project life cycle.





- Contribute to business development from RFI to proposal submission and presentation.

- Participate actively in developing the practice, including service offerings, training, and knowledge management.

Requirements

-

- Minimum 3 years of IBP and/or Kinaxis implementation in roles such as Functional Lead, Solution Architect or SME.

- Minimum 7 years of consulting experience in Supply Chain Planning covering forecasting, demand planning, S&OP;, supply planning, production planning, and SC control tower.

- Work experience in leading IT consulting companies.

- Solution expertise in SAP IBP or Kinaxis.

- Strong knowledge of supply chain processes: demand planning, inventory management, production scheduling.

- Experience evaluating existing supply chain processes and identifying improvement areas using SAP IBP or Kinaxis.

- Experience leading implementation of supply chain solutions, ensuring alignment with client goals and industry standards.

- Industry experience in Manufacturing, CGP, and/or Life Science.

- Excellent interpersonal skills, strong written and verbal communication in English and ideally a second language (e.G., German, French).

- Broad business skill set including stakeholder management, problem solving, and resilience.

- Experience gathering, validating, synthesizing, documenting, and communicating data and information for varied audiences.

- Willingness to travel.

- Certification in SAP IBP or Kinaxis is a plus.

- Familiarity with other supply chain management software.
