Find out more about us on /p h3Your new responsibilities /h3 ul liWork independently within the SAP HCM environment to understand and implement HR business requirements, with a focus on, but not limited to, Payroll and Time Management /li liBe responsible for 3rd-level support, including ongoing operations such as payroll processing, time evaluation, incident and problem management, system enhancements, and the implementation of legal changes /li liTake ownership of the design and implementation of business processes, as well as the continuous optimization of processes and systems /li liPlan, prepare,



and coordinate projects within your area of responsibility, including the management and coordination of external resources /li liImplement support packages efficiently /li /ul h3Who we are looking for /h3 ul liSuccessfully completed studies in (business) informatics, economics or a comparable qualification /li liProfessional experience (at least 3-5 years) in the SAP HCM Environment /li liIn-depth knowledge and practical experience in the areas of personnel administration (PA) and payroll (PY) including schemes and rules, time management (PT), certification, and organizational management (OM).
