ppvHive is expanding in Europe and UK and is looking for a Director of Sales. You will be responsible for growing the vHive business in Europe within the telecom vertical. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liRun a full sales cycle from qualification and discovery to fulfillment /li liConduct consultative sales engagements, diving deep into prospects’ business challenges and advising on impactful solutions. /li liIdentify and close new sales within targeted telecom industry accounts /li liMeet and exceed sales quotas on a yearly basis. /li liTenaciously follow through and prioritize client needs to sales opportunities for the company. /li liPartner with vHive marketing to ensure synergy between campaigns and vHive activity. /li liPartner with the product team and recommend product improvements. /li /ul h3We are looking for /h3 ul liAn entrepreneurial mindset – A Self-starter with an infectious positive attitude. /li liA strength in sales and business development – you can generate opportunity in enterprise accounts with complex sales cycles. /li liStrong oral and written communication skills along with excellent listening skills. /li liAbility to develop rapport, influence others,



and maintain strong working relationships. /li liSelf-motivated, persistent, and able to work independently. /li liExperience integrating AI tools into the sales cycle, including lead prospecting, personalized outreach, and deal intelligence /li liA “can do” attitude with a curious mind, always asking how we can improve and what best practices should we use to do that /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liAt least 10 years in a sales position (hunter) for S/W companies /li liHi touch sales (as opposed to online / low-touch sales) /li liRecent Telecom experience is a must. Working in the Telecom sector, selling to MNOs / Towerco’s /li liProven track record of closing deals, meeting and exceeding his / her targets. Existing contacts /li liProven ability to utilize AI platforms (e.g., Gong, Jasper, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator AI features) to analyze client data and refine sales strategies /li liExperience using CRM suites /li liProactive / self-starter / motivated /li liLocation - Italy, Spain UK /li liFluency in French, Italian English is a must /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
