ph3Dealership /h3 ul liTechnician Staff Recruiting, Training and Development /li liThe foreman is responsible for production and quality control /li liStaff department in order to optimize customer opportunities and productivity. /li liEnsure technical staff are properly trained and have the breadth of experience necessary to cover customer needs. /li liDevelop staff by setting and communicating performance/production expectations, monitoring performance, identifying development needs, coaching and mentoring. /li liCustomer Engagement /li liResolve customer requests, questions and concerns in a professional, friendly, and prompt manner. /li liDevelop a production plan each month /li liBreak down the store performance expectation for flat rate hours to a daily number /li liThen match the daily SPE by technician and set technician daily objectives /li liMeet with each technician every day and review performance to objective /li liReport to the service manager the results of the interviews and develop an action plan for any issues that need to be addressed. /li liInspect repair orders daily for legibility, accuracy and legality. /li liEnsure that all manufacturer policies and procedures are followed. /li liManage the administration,



tracking and follow-up required to stay current on warranty and receivables. /li liRead, understand and take action on MIS to generate maximum revenue and control expenses. /li liInspect and maintain the cleanliness, organization and appearance of all service areas in accordance with state and federal OSHA laws to ensure a professional, safe environment for customers and employees. /li liAdministrative Functions /li liHold daily and monthly staff meetings as required covering key information. /li liReceive, communicate and hold staff accountable to policy and procedure requirements and updates. /li liComplete body shop department reporting and month-end procedures on time. /li liOther administrative duties as required /li /ul h3What You'll Bring /h3 ul liStrong attention to detail /li liSense of urgency /li liExcellent communication /li liTyping – ability to type efficiently /li liMathematics – using mathematics to solve problems. /li liAccounting - knowledge of basic accounting principles /li liASE Certified in all eight specialty areas /li li10+ years of experience as a technician /li liAcceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
