Quantity surveyors are responsible for all aspects of surveying and commercial functions on projects.



/p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liPreparation and updating of contract budget /li liResponsible for contractual and legal aspects of project /li liAdministration of contract records /li liProduction of monthly JCR’s and JCS’s /li liAttendance at contractor handover meeting /li liAttendance at bi‑weekly contract review meetings /li liUpdating of cash reporting and collection /li liIdentification of risks and completion of risk management plan /li liRelationship with clients, supply chain and professional team /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liConstruction methods and technologies /li liMeasurement and valuation /li liAbility to form good working relationships with all stakeholders /li liKnowledge and understanding of subcontract/material orders and procurement /li liExperience in preparation and understanding of commercial reports /li liFamiliar with contracts; bespoke and standard forms /li li5 years' relevant experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the construction industry /li /ul pFull working rights in the EU is required for candidates as we are not in a position to facilitate work permit applications. /p h3What we offer /h3 pThere are many benefits to working with Ardmac, including competitive salary and allowances, generous time off, pension contributions along with much more. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
