pul liBuild attraction plans for priority chapters, starting with Engineering, Data/AI, Design, and Commercial. /li liPartner with TA and hiring leaders to understand hiring goals, talent audiences, and where Preply should show up. /li liWork closely with Brand and Employer Brand to brief campaigns, content ideas, careers page updates, and event materials. /li liHelp identify strong internal proof points - people, projects, team moments, and business impact - that can inspire employer brand content. /li liShape and deliver talent events with TA and Chapter Leads, from meetups and conferences to sponsorships and in-house activations. /li liBring creative ideas to event engagement: booth experiences, speaker opportunities, follow-up journeys, candidate conversations, and moments that make Preply memorable. /li liOwn our Glassdoor strategy, including review responses, reputation themes, profile improvements, and actions that strengthen how candidates see Preply. /li liCoordinate paid and organic recruitment campaigns, including LinkedIn ads, job boards, and niche talent platforms. /li liImprove the careers page as a candidate journey: spot gaps, recommend updates, and track how changes impact engagement and applications. /li liMeasure the impact of events, campaigns, channels, and Glassdoor activity through clear KPIs such as reach, engagement, leads, source quality, conversion, and pipeline contribution. /li liShare learnings with TA, Brand, and business stakeholders so we keep improving where we invest time, energy, and budget. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul li4+ years across recruitment marketing, talent marketing, employer brand activation, talent events, or talent attraction in fast growing Tech business. /li liStrong relationship‑building skills:
