ppWe're looking for a Events and Trade Fairs Specialist (part of our Spornoships team) to support and execute Playtomic's presence at trade fairs, partner events, and marketing activations across Europe and beyond. You'll be hands-on across the full event lifecycle — coordinating with internal teams, managing vendors, and ensuring every activation runs smoothly and on brand. /p h3What you’ll be doing /h3 ul liSupport and execute B2B trade fairs and brand events end-to-end: from logistics and space setup to on-site coordination and post-event reporting. /li liTrack and manage event budgets, ensuring spend stays aligned with agreed priorities. /li liCollaborate with the Brand team on booth concepts, physical layouts, and production briefs for custom structures and event assets. /li liCoordinate external production agencies and vendors: support quoting processes, follow up on design iterations, and track delivery deadlines. /li liHandle logistics for all event materials — print collateral, merchandise, welcome packs, and on-site setup. /li liSupport multi-channel event-marketing campaigns in collaboration with Marketing, Sales, and Partner Growth teams. /li liCoordinate with key providers and occasional sponsors, ensuring smooth execution aligned with company goals. /li liCompile post-event reports and share data-driven insights to help improve future activations. /li /ul h3Who you’ll be playing with /h3 pYou will work closely with the Marketing team, Markets and Partner Success teams, and other key stakeholders within the company. /p h3Our Ideal "Player" /h3 ul li3+ years of experience in events and fairs (in sports industry or a related field is a big plus). /li liFluent in English and Spanish. /li liAbility to travel for events and industry fairs. /li liComfortable managing budgets and following up with external vendors. /li liHighly organized,
