ph3About The Job /h3 pThe CB Manager will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the company’s compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive, equitable, and aligned with the CoDir’s, EMEA’s and Maison’s goals. This role requires a deep understanding of labor market trends and practice, as well as legal and regulatory requirements related to employee benefits /p h3Job responsibilities /h3 h3Compensation Benefits management: /h3 ul liConduct market and trend analysis through salary survey input and market research on an annual and ad hoc basis. /li liAnnually assess the benefits offered and provide recommendations for improvements or adjustments. /li liEnsure compliance with internal policies and legal regulations regarding employee conditions. /li liDevelop of competitive package proposal for managerial roles and international mobility’s. /li liInteract with the local key players in each country for any benefit purpose (brokers, insurance companies, suppliers of services for employees. /li liTo ensure the implementation of the group’s commission and compensation policies at the local level. /li liActively contribute to the definition and continuous improvement of regional CB policies, ensuring alignment between EMEA guidelines and local market realities. /li liSupport the regional implementation of pay transparency requirements, ensuring local adaptation of the EMEA frameworks — including data collection, pay gap monitoring, and compliance with country-specific equality obligations. /li liDevelop and roll out communication and training tools to support HRBPs in the effective management and understanding of CB policies across the region. /li /ul h3Payroll, legal Administration:



/h3 ul liInterpret and implement Human Resources policies regarding administration, benefits, compensation, etc. /li liReview our processes and policies and make proposals for improvement as necessary. /li liMonitor, approve, and control the payroll processing for the 7 countries of Mediterranean. /li liEnsure and maintain the individual employee records for all corporate staff and managing all HR aspects of their payroll; ensuring such information is held in the strictest of confidence. /li liInterpret and update the HR team of any changes in local regulations or collective agreement that may impact CB conditions and consequently business. /li liManage all immigration-related processes across the region, including work permits, visa applications, and administrative authorizations for international assignments and employee mobility; act as the main point of contact with local legal partners and LVMH mobility teams to ensure compliance with each country’s immigration requirements. /li liEnsuring compliance with the equality requirements of each country. /li /ul h3HR Budget construction, KPI’s Reporting /h3 ul liPrepare and submit monthly annual social reports on main HR indicators for corporate (Louis Vuitton LVMH) auditors; /li liPrepare and follow up on a monthly basis the main social indicators and relevant KPI’s (absenteeism, turnover, , staff flexibility,



etc.); /li /ul h3Relevant Scope Measures /h3 ul liNUMBER OF COUNTRIES UNDER ITS RESPONSIBILTY: 7 (Spain, Portugal, Morocco, Greece, Turkey, Israel and Kazajstán). /li liWORK PLACE: Madrid, with sporadic travelling throughout the region. /li liDIRECT REPORTS: 4 direct reports (1 Junior (trainee)); /li /ul h3Profile /h3 h3EDUCATION /h3 ul liBachelor Degree, with preference from Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance or Law. /li /ul h3Experience /h3 ul liIdeal 5-7 years of experience in CB, combining in-house and consulting backgrounds; experience in a retail or service-related environment and/or an international company covering multiple markets is strongly preferred. /li liKnowledgeable and experienced on Spain labor Law and Employee relations (being Spain the largest market within the region). /li /ul h3Other Skills And Necessarry Qualifications /h3 ul liProficient Spanish English; French is an advantage /li liDeadline detail oriented /li liService oriented /li liStrong organizational skills, ability to priorize and multi task /li liOutstanding interpersonal communication skills; trust Integrity /li liAdvanced proficiency in Excel required, with good understanding and interpretation of figures /li liWork permit in UE with valid Schengen VISA /li /ul h3Additional information /h3 h3Organizational Structure - Reporting Relationships /h3 h3INTERNAL STAKEHOLDERS /h3 ul liCountry Region HR teams; Retail Teams; Country Finance Accounting teams /li /ul h3EXTERNAL STAKEHOLDERS /h3 ul liLVMH Payroll Benefits teams /li liExternal local payroll partners in each country; Vendors and suppliers of benefits in each country; /li /ul pEnsuring compliance with the equality requirements of each country /p pReference LVM32406 /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
