In this Financial Analyst role within Houlihan Lokey’s Madrid Financial Restructuring Group, you support advisory on creditor- and debtor-side restructurings and distressed Mu0026amp;A. You collaborate with senior bankers on complex negotiations and debt/equity considerations in stressed situations. You will gain exposure to diverse advisory and IB products across restructuring projects and contribute to transactions on a integral scale. The role combines rigorous analysis with fast-paced client work in a leading global restructuring practice.

Responsabilidades
• Strong academic record and a 2:1 degree in accounting, economics or finance
• Genuine interest in Financial Restructuring and large financial transactions
• Up to 3 years' experience in Leverage Finance or Financial xqbhyrx Restructuring
• Understanding of valuation theory, methodologies and applications
• Strong quantitative, financial and analytical skills
• Strong LBO and DCF modelling skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication in Spanish and English
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong work ethic and cooperative attitude
