In this role you blend data, processes and business impact to improve how Operations measures performance and makes decisions. You will partner with Operations and IT to translate needs into KPI-driven insights and actionable reporting. The position supports continuous improvement and automation initiatives, shaping how teams operate and how service quality and efficiency are tracked. Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Define and maintain standardized operational KPIs and a metrics framework for Operations
• Analyze and report performance data using SQL and Power BI to identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities
• Support operational reporting needs, including recurring performance tracking and finance-related outputs
• Collaborate with Operations and IT to translate business requirements into data and reporting solutions
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by tracking outcomes, supporting analysis and documenting changes
• Support transformation and automation initiatives with data-driven insights
Responsabilidades
• 1–3 years of experience in analysis, operations or reporting
• Working knowledge xqbhyrx of SQL (joins and aggregations)
• Experience with Power BI or similar tools
• Structured thinking and attention to detail
• Interest in processes and continuous improvement
• Clear communication with stakeholders
