Itnig is more than just a coworking space. We’re a startup & creative ecosystem in Barcelona: coworking, café, venture capital, coliving, podcast, events — and always new projects coming up.

We’re expanding with a new café and want to rethink the branding for the entire Itnig ecosystem: the coworking, the café, coliving, and Itnig as a whole, while creating a unified identity for new opportunities on the horizon.

At the same time, we continue building our media presence: a podcast with +60,000 YouTube subscribers, live events with 100+ attendees, and fresh content across channels.

Job Description

Branding & Design

- Create and evolve the visual identity of Itnig across coworking, café, coliving, and the ecosystem as a whole.
- Design assets for both physical spaces and digital platforms (social media, campaigns, signage, merch, etc.).
- Develop and maintain a consistent yet versátil brand system for upcoming ventures.
- Conceptualize and execute creative visuals for new initiatives.

Media & Podcast

- Record and edit our weekly podcast (audio & video).
- Produce content for YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Support live events (multi-cam, OBS, ATEM Mini)



and help with live streaming.
- Capture spontaneous content during events (reels, interviews, highlights).

Requirements
- Passionate about branding and design.
- Creative, with a strong visual eye and ability to keep consistency across different projects.
- Proactive and hands-on — you bring ideas and make them happen.
- Social, curious, and eager to be part of a dynamic ecosystem.
- Experienced (or motivated to learn) in media production and editing.
- Comfortable working in both Spanish and English.

Toolkit
- Graphic design: Adobe Creative Suite, Figma (or similar).
- Branding: identity design, guidelines, moodboards.
- Video editing: Premiere, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects.
- Audio editing: Adobe Audition or similar.
- Knowledge of live production setups is a plus.
