ppWe’re adding an additional Senior Talent Partner to our client team in Barcelona, supporting early careers hiring in all areas of the business. /p pThis is an opportunity to shape the future talent pipeline for a general technology business, partnering with stakeholders to attract and hire graduates, interns, apprentices and placement students across a variety of functions. /p pYou'll play a key role in delivering exceptional hiring experiences, building relationships with universities and early careers networks, and ensuring we attract diverse, high-potential talent to support the business's future growth. /p pOur Talent Acquisition team operates at pace, combining strategic partnership, data-driven decision making and an outstanding candidate experience. /p h3What You’ll Do /h3 ul liOwn end-to-end recruitment for graduate, intern, apprentice and placement programmes /li liPartner with hiring managers to understand current and future early talent hiring needs /li liBuild strong talent pipelines through universities, student societies, careers events and other attraction channels /li liDeliver engaging assessment and selection processes that provide an exceptional candidate experience /li liWork closely with Employer Brand and Early Careers teams to support attraction campaigns,



events and campus engagement /li liUse market insights and recruitment data to influence hiring decisions and improve attraction strategies /li liManage recruitment activity through the ATS, ensuring data accuracy and process excellence /li liChampion inclusive hiring practices and help deliver fair, consistent assessment processes /li liBuild trusted relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners throughout the hiring lifecycle /li /ul h3What You’ll Bring /h3 ul liFluency in English and Catalan /li liProven end-to-end recruitment experience within an in-house, RPO or corporate Talent Acquisition environment /li liStrong experience recruiting Early Careers talent, including graduates, interns and apprentices /li liExperience partnering with universities, careers services or campus attraction initiatives /li liExcellent stakeholder management skills with the confidence to influence hiring managers and senior leaders /li liAbility to manage multiple recruitment campaigns and priorities simultaneously /li liStrong organisational skills, attention to detail and a passion for delivering an outstanding candidate experience /li liA collaborative, data-driven approach with a continuous improvement mindset /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
