pFarmak International is looking for an Analyst to join our Launch Management team. /ppstrongYour Mission /strong /ppThe Analyst is responsible for supporting launch planning and execution through data management, reporting, and system maintenance, with a primary focus onstrong Planisware PPM or a similar tool /strong. /ppThe role ensures high-quality, accurate, and timely data across all launch projects, enabling effective decision-making, KPI tracking, and portfolio visibility. /ppThe Analyst contributes to achieving launch performance targets by maintaining reliable data, supporting governance processes, and ensuring consistency across systems and trackers. /ppstrongResponsibilities /strong /pulliParticipate in the implementation and maintenance of Planisware PPM tool. /liliMaintain and update launch project data in Planisware PPM, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness. /liliSupport the creation and maintenance of project plans, timelines, and milestones in Planisware. /liliEnsure alignment and consistency between Planisware, Bookmark GE (Strategic Model), and Launch Trackers. /liliMaintain and update the Strategic Model / Bookmark GE file with accurate launch data. /liliSupport the preparation and consolidation of data for Pre-IBP and Launch Meetings. /liliTrack and monitor launch KPIs (timelines, readiness status, budget vs. vigente performance). /liliPrepare dashboards, reports, and data analyses for the Launch Management Director and stakeholders. /liliIdentify data inconsistencies and follow up with stakeholders to ensure data quality.
