The successful candidate will drive service management excellence, oversee operational performance, manage major incidents, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and automation. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3h3IT Service Governance Performance /h3ulliDefine, implement, and continuously improve IT Service Management processes, including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Asset, Knowledge, and Configuration Management. /liliEstablish and monitor service KPIs and OKRs. /liliDeliver regular service performance reporting to management and stakeholders. /liliEnsure IT services remain aligned with business priorities and user expectations. /li /ulh3Service Design Support Management /h3ulliDesign and govern end-to-end support models across internal teams and external providers. /liliDefine and maintain service catalogues, SLAs, and OLAs. /liliEnsure clear service ownership, escalation paths, and operational documentation. /liliDrive continuous improvements in user experience and service delivery. /li /ulh3Incident, Change Crisis Management /h3ulliOwn and govern Change Management processes. /liliLead major incidents and crisis situations, ensuring effective communication and resolution. /liliConduct post-incident reviews and implement corrective and preventive actions. /liliProvide structured leadership in high-pressure situations. /li /ulh3Software Asset Management Compliance /h3ulliDefine and manage Software Asset Management practices. /liliEnsure software license compliance and cost optimization. /liliCollaborate with Procurement, Finance,
