In this role, you will assist customers through social media and digital channels, providing efficient solutions while ensuring an excellent customer experience. The training program in Lisbon starts in August or September depending on your availability to start. /p h3Please note: /h3 pYou must be eligible to work in Portugal and able to work in Lisbon, that's mandatory. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liRespond to customer questions via social media and online communication channels. /li liProvide accurate information and resolve customer issues efficiently. /li liManage complaints and elevate complex cases when required. /li liCommunicate professionally, empathetically, and in line with quality standards. /li liFollow company policies while achieving individual performance goals. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liFluent Italian (spoken and written). /li liEnglish level B1/B2 or higher. /li liTyping speed of at least 20 words per minute. /li liStrong communication and problem-solving abilities. /li liCustomer-focused attitude with the ability to work in a dynamic environment. /li liBasic computer skills and familiarity with social media platforms.
