Responsibilities- Provide generalist support to the team across multiple areas (business, e-commerce, operations and coordination)- Assist in market research, competitive analysis and China-related desk research- Prepare presentations and internal documents (PowerPoint, basic reports)- Support communication and coordination between Europe‑and China‑based teams- Assist with translations and bilingual support (Chinese–English; Spanish is a plus)- Support ongoing projects with operational, organizational and ad‑hoc tasks as neededRequirements- Chinese nationality- Currently based in Madrid (mandatory)- Student or recent graduate in Business, Marketing, Economics, International Relations or related fields- Native Chinese and strong English skills (written and spoken)- Spanish is a plus but not required- Well organized, proactive and detail‑oriented- Comfortable working both remotely and occasionally in person- Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities- Strong interest in China–Europe business, e-commerce and digital platforms#J-18808-Ljbffr
