As a Process Improvement Principal Specialist, you will partner across Amadeus Hospitality to design and improve commercial processes that enhance efficiency, customer experience, and employee experience. /p pIn this role, you will primarily apply Lean principles to simplify workflows and reduce waste, complemented by Six Sigma methods when variation and quality improvement are required. You will collaborate with stakeholders across functions and seniority levels to analyze processes, design improvements, define meaningful performance metrics, and support sustainable adoption of change. This role emphasizes partnership, clarity, and practical impact across the Customer Lifecycle (CLC) and related transformation programs. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liPartner with Commercial teams to improve end-to-end lead-to-cash processes, focusing on scalability, efficiency, and experience. /li liApply Lean principles (such as value stream mapping, waste reduction, and continuous improvement) to design simpler and more effective processes. /li liFacilitate collaborative workshops to understand current-state processes, co-design future-state solutions, and support informed decision-making. /li liIdentify opportunities for process automation and intelligent tooling (including generative artificial intelligence, workflow automation, and process mining) aligned with business needs. /li liDefine, monitor, and support the use of key process performance indicators (KPIs) and service-level agreements (SLAs) to sustain improvements over time. /li /ul h3Experience /h3 h3Required Qualifications /h3 ul liExtensive experience in process improvement, business transformation, or operational excellence, gained through a variety of career paths.



/li liExperience contributing to or leading multiple improvement initiatives from problem definition through implementation and measurable outcomes. /li liExperience working collaboratively across functions, regions, and roles in complex or evolving environments. /li /ul pMethodology Tools /p ul liPractical experience applying Lean methodologies as a primary approach to process improvement. /li liFamiliarity with commercial systems such as customer relationship management (CRM), configure-price-quote (CPQ), contracting platforms, and service management tools. /li liExperience using or learning process and data tools such as process mining, robotic process automation (RPA), Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI, Dataverse), or similar technologies. /li /ul pCommunication Collaboration /p ul liAble to communicate ideas clearly in writing, conversation, and presentations, adapting style and depth for different audiences. /li liBuilds trust-based relationships and works effectively with others, even without formal authority. /li liAble to balance independent work with close collaboration and shared accountability. /li /ul pEducation /p ul liBachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in business, engineering, information systems, or a related field. /li /ul h3Preferred Qualifications /h3 ul liLean or Six Sigma certification (or equivalent applied experience). /li liExposure to hospitality, travel technology, or commercial operations. /li liFamiliarity with change management approaches (such as Prosci ADKAR or Kotter's 8-Step), gained through formal training or practical application.
