As a Manager, you will drive client engagements, oversee the execution of transformation programs, and participate in business development efforts. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liLeading transformation programs, ensuring alignment between business objectives and talent strategies.
/li liManaging client relationships, understanding their challenges, and shaping solutions tailored to their needs. /li liOverseeing the execution of complex projects, ensuring quality and timely delivery. /li liDesigning and implementing interventions that enhance organizational effectiveness using Accenture’s methodologies and tools. /li liConducting stakeholder analysis and impact assessments to develop engagement strategies. /li liDeveloping transformation roadmaps, including next-generation communication strategies and training programs. /li liMeasuring the effectiveness of interventions using data-driven approaches and storytelling. /li liSupporting business development by identifying opportunities, developing proposals, and expanding client relationships. /li liMentoring and coaching junior team members to foster a high-performance culture. /li /ul h3What You Need /h3 ul li6+ years of experience in transformation projects related to HR, organizational change, or digital adoption in large-scale environments. /li liMinimum bachelor’s degree. /li liExcellent English communication skills (written and spoken). /li liProficiency in at least one other language. /li liFor positions in the Barcelona office, proficiency in Catalan is required.
