While its primary focus is on hospitality, Shiji also serves select customers in food service, retail, and entertainment in certain regions. /p pThe best hotels run on Shiji—day and night. /p pbWhat You’ll Do: /b /p ul lipOversee and manage general ledger (GL) accounting for our Mexican entity, ensuring compliance with Mexico GAAP and group accounting policies. /p /li lipPrepare and post journal entries. /p /li lipLead monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities, including preparation of supporting schedules in line with company deadlines. /p /li lipReconcile balance sheet and PL accounts, ensuring accuracy and timely resolution of discrepancies. /p /li lipSupport the preparation of financial statements in collaboration with tax advisers and act as the primary contact for audits. /p /li lipCollaborate closely with the U.S. and Europe finance teams, to support cross-border accounting activities, reporting needs, and coordination. /p /li lipEnsure compliance with all statutory tax filings, reporting requirements,
