Travel to key Sephora stores in bBarcelona /b, with a specific focus on flagship stores that will play a key role in driving sales performance and events. /p h3What We Need /h3 ul liHitting sales targets and KPI objectives /li liGenerating sell‑through through selling and training /li liReinforcing brand image and bringing the spirit of partnership to all interactions /li liMaximizing business opportunities by identifying locations best suited for events /li liConducting training for all stores in the region /li liPerforming one‑on‑one training for individuals on an ad‑hoc basis /li liStaffing events, selling, developing customers, and supporting logistics when necessary /li /ul h3Who You Are /h3 pYou are able to learn quickly and take initiative, as our company is dynamic and ever‑evolving.
