ppbJob Description /b /p pYou will ensure that the company’s operational processes (develop, fulfil, support and source) comply with the quality assurance requirements, standards and internal or third party certification/approvals as defined in the Quality Management System (QMS) and quality plan for hardware/software/services. /p pYou will assure quality rules implementation and assure that industrial processes fulfill quality standard requirements. /p pYou will contribute to investigations and root cause analysis into reported quality / quality technical issues from the business team and customer, to ensure appropriate containment and archiving, corrective and curative action is taken by the accountable function through multifunctional teams. /p pManage and execute the FAI plan prepared under the FAL scope. Monitor deviations and proposed improvement plan. /p pTo monitor reliability and repeatability of Processes as well as Quality Delegation Process executing the Operational Surveillance Plan, monitoring the deviations and proposing improvement plan /p pLead and manage the Quality Delegation Process at blue-collar staff as well as participate and coordinate the Quality Processes to be followed at FAL linked to other areas (Engineering, Manf. Eng. MRB, Production) /p pYou will support production teams about non quality concerns to be solved quickly. /p pYou will validate product inspection plans and product non conformities Management until customer delivery.
