Responsibilities

- Lead a portfolio of strategic and operational projects across the Risk business from scoping through execution and close
- Build and maintain clear project plans, timelines, governance structures, RAID logs, decision trackers, and stakeholder updates
- Coordinate complex initiatives across multiple workstreams, dependencies, priorities, and operating rhythms
- Identify risks, bottlenecks, and decisions early, and work with the right stakeholders to keep delivery on track
- Drive strong follow-through on actions, decisions, and deliverables, especially where ownership is shared across teams
- Act as a connective layer across the Risk business to align priorities, timelines, handoffs, and execution expectations
- Partner effectively with Product, Proposition, Data, Sales, Marketing, Legal, Customer Service, Communities, Operations, and other teams to surface and manage dependencies early
- Bring clarity and structure to high-visibility initiatives involving senior stakeholders and competing priorities
- Prepare concise, executive-ready updates that clearly communicate progress, risks, decisions, and next steps
- Support go-to-market planning and launch coordination to ensure key initiatives are commercially, operationally, and internally ready before launch
- Track launch-related risks and dependencies, escalating issues early and supporting cross-functional resolution
- Build and program-manage a competitor intelligence program for the Risk team, including operating rhythms, insight capture, and stakeholder outputs
- Improve processes, governance, planning cycles, and ways of working to support scale, growth, and stronger execution discipline

Qualifications
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to build credibility with senior leaders and subject matter experts in matrixed environments.
- Experience supporting go-to-market initiatives, operational improvements, or work in a B2B, information services, data, or risk-related environment is a plus;
experience working within similar commercial frameworks and some knowledge of the Risk industry would be a strong advantage.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, including the ability to prepare executive-ready updates and decks, and to present clearly to senior stakeholders.
- A proven track record of leading complex initiatives across multiple stakeholders and workstreams.
- Hands-on experience with collaboration and project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro, Airtable, or Smartsheet, along with strong proficiency in Google Workspace.
- 5+ years of experience in project management, program management, business operations, strategy execution, or a similar cross-functional role, with proven success in comparable positions. xhfqzwm
