ph3Job Overview /h3 pAgoda is seeking an outstanding lawyer to provide legal and contractual support to its expanding travel business. The legal role supports a wide range of legal and regulatory matters related to flights, experiences, ground transportation, and packages, and provides advice on travel product launches and technology agreements. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liHandle a broad spectrum of legal and regulatory issues for the travel business, including flights, experiences/attractions, ground transportation, and packages. /li liNegotiate and draft agreements related to travel‑related content, software services, technology licensing, product development, and support litigation or consumer protection matters. /li liParticipate in negotiations and ensure timely completion of contracts; assist business stakeholders with ongoing contract management when required. /li liAdvise and support the integral launch of travel products and features. /li liCollaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver effective legal support; formulate and coordinate positions across departments and report escalation of issues.
