Support Advisor to join a dynamic, client-focused team in A Coruña.

clients, troubleshooting issues and delivering effective solutions.
Respond to inquiries via phone, email, or other channels, ensuring
timely resolution and client satisfaction. Diagnose technical
problems and escalate complex issues when necessary. Document
support activities and maintain accurate records of incidents,
solutions, and follow-ups. Collaborate with internal teams to share
knowledge and continuously improve support processes. Stay up to
date with products, services, and system updates to provide
informed support. Who you are Strong problem-solving and analytical
skills, with a keen attention to detail. Previous experience in
technical support, IT, or customer service is highly desirable.
Excellent communication skills in English; additional language
skills are a plus.



Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Proactive,
