Your Mission As a Senior O2C Specialist , you will manage the full Order-to-Cash cycle , acting as the primary contact for German-speaking customers while ensuring compliance within a regulated medical-device environment. Key Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end O2C process Process, validate, and monitor customer orders with high accuracy Coordinate shipments and product availability with logistics teams Handle billing, invoicing & payment-related inquiries Investigate and resolve order or billing discrepancies Support German-speaking patients, clinics & healthcare professionals Collaborate with supply chain, finance & customer service teams Ensure compliance with medical device regulations, KPIs & SLAs What Were Looking For Fluent German (C1+) Experience in Order-to-Cash, Finance, Supply Chain, Logistics,
