- Strategy & Definition: You will lead the definition and implementation of governance frameworks, policies, and procedures in close collaboration with our clients.

- Data Culture: Act as an evangelist for data quality, providing training and ensuring that governance is embedded into the project's DNA.

- Control & Visibility: Implement control dashboards to monitor the health and compliance of data governance.

- Stakeholder Leadership: Translate complex business needs into technical requirements, coordinating teams to ensure excellent delivery.

Requirements

-

- Experience: +7 years of solid experience in strategic Data Governance roles.

- Frameworks: Mastery of frameworks such as DAMA and experience defining taxonomies, roles, policies, and operating models.

- Tech Stack: Hands-on experience with leading tools (Truedat, Collibra, Anjana, Informatica, or Purview).

- Soft Skills: Strong analytical skills, C-Level communication abilities, and comfort working in dynamic, agile environments.

- Languages: Fluency in Spanish and English (for national and international projects).

Bonus Points

- Knowledge of SQL and data modeling.

- Experience in Master Data Management (MDM) and data integration.
