Works closely with support teams and architecture to effectively execute impact assessments for any changes and serve as an escalation point of contact for any significant incidents or root cause analysis investigations.
Works closely with project leads, CoE, release management to resolve any issues and proactively looks to identify and mitigate risks.The Analytics Platofrm Lead will be responsible for providing leadership needed to ensure seamless operations and support from TSSC and 3rd party suppliers to Local Markets and Business Stakeholders.
They will own roadmap planning for all major capabilities of cloud analytics platform that will serve BI capabilities across Vodafone – accountable for managing relationship across all internal and external parties and representing to senior levels in the business functions and local markets.What you’ll doKey accountabilities and decision ownership:High level and low level design of the GCP platform services to meet roadmap of project needs and operational improvementsEnsure platform is operationally robust on a day to day bases – meeting day to day operational needs and project demandsDrive cost efficiency through efficient architecture and configurationEnsure security policies are implementedCore competencies, knowledge and experience:Proven track record in managing platforms and developing roadmaps within a complex environmentStrong marketing, stakeholder management,
