Opportunity for Quality Conformance Manager & Operational Surveillance within Airbus Defence and Space, San Pablo (Sevilla).

Responsibilities

Participate and/or lead development and deployment projects for the resolution of complex quality issues and continuous improvement initiatives in the Transport and Logistic area. Focus areas include:

- Process performance and product adherence to standards

- Reliability of processes

- Repeatability of processes, at initial design phase, before any process changes are made and continuously through the life of a product

- Audit inputs (internal and external)

Qualifications

-

- Educated in an Aeronautical or Industrial Engineering degree or a related discipline

- Experience in Quality and/or Logistics

- Knowledge of SAP, SIPLA and CAPRI

- Non-conformities process knowledge

- Root cause analysis and practical problem solving knowledge

- Programming and artificial intelligence knowledge

- Proactive and organized & structured

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills





- Advanced level in English and Spanish

- Strong customer orientation
