This will include the set‑up, management of and closing out of the safety file, review of contractor EHS documentation site EHS performance. /li liManagement of Site QA in conjunction with the Mercury QAQC department, specifically with regards to the Mechanical package including set up, management and close out of file, review of contractor QAQC documentation site performance. /li liManagement of Project Schedule in conjunction with Mercury Project team, consulting Engineer and Client requirements including providing weekly progress updates.



/li liManagement of all costs associated with Project Mechanical Packages in conjunction with the Mercury client commercial teams including: ul liLabour /li liMaterial /li liPlant and Equipment /li liVariations /li liValuations /li /ul /li liManagement of all day to day site operations relating to the Mechanical scope interfaces with other trades. /li liManagement of sub‑contractor activities including tracking progress against schedule and manpower levels. Ensure that there is a weekly minute meeting with sub‑contractor. /li liManagement of the Mercury “In Progress” snagging system for the Mechanical packages ensuring that the supervisors return weekly punch lists where applicable. /li liIssue direct labour hours and sub‑contractor hours to time administrator for tracking centrally. /li liAttendance at Site Meetings, Internal Project Reviews, Engineering Reviews, Planning and Co‑ordination Meetings and Handover Meetings. /li liManagement of the close out of all project items in conjunction with the relevant Mercury departments including Final Account, O M Manuals, Punch List, Safety File, QA File, Material and Plant re‑locations, Project Plan – all with the support of the site project manager. /li liUpload to the project Filekey system, with the support of the project QS,



internal weekly progress report rolled up from project supervisors report. This will highlight progress percentage complete based on WBS codes and any concerns. It should also highlight any risk elements within the control of Mercury, e.g.: late deliveries. /li liIssue internal weekly progress report, to the Project Manager, highlighting areas not available, and delays, shortage of design, third party hold ups and percentage. This will be rolled up into the external Project report. /li liEnsure all Sub‑contractor documentation including safety documentation is maintained up to date and filed for future reference. /li liIssue weekly safety stats project labour projections. /li liHold weekly commercial meetings with the commercial team to ensure all variations are being captured and costs issued to the client. /li liDevelop and implement company procedures with your team. /li liEnsure change management is handled correctly (Cost Programme). /li liAll other duties associated with this role. /li /ul h3Your Qualifications And Key Criteria /h3 ul liA trade and/or relevant third level qualification /li liMinimum 5-10 years previous experience in Project Management /li liProven record of coordinating and managing large installation projects /li liExperience dealing with Industrial Relations issues /li liKnowledge of Health Safety /li liExperienced in design and build /li liGood technical knowledge of both Electrical and Mechanical systems /li liExcellent IT skillsExcellent communication skills /li liAbility to work well within strict deadlines /li liAbility to drive a large-scale project /li /ul pMercury es una empresa que ofrece igualdad de oportunidades. /p pApply Now /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
