ph3bProduct Support Specialist - Joint Replacement /b /h3 h3bBarcelona /b /h3 h3bThe Job's Mission /b /h3 pThe Stryker Product Support Specialist responsibilities include directly supporting all Stryker products associated with Joint Replacement procedures (including robotic surgery with Mako). This role will focus on servicing and supporting our clinical customers to strive for best-in-class specialist support with procedural excellence. /p pAdditional responsibilities include working with the local sales team to coordinate training and events and managing day to day requirements of business support, ensuring Stryker delivers exceptional levels of service to our broad range of customers. /p pbLearn more about the Mako robot: /b /p pbLearn more about the Joint Replacement implants: /b /p h3Key Activities Accountabilities /h3 ul liServicing existing and new customer base within the theatre and clinical environment. /li liProviding support for MAKO robotic procedures, and manual joint replacement surgeries. /li liProviding theatre and wider HCP staff with training on Stryker products. /li liWorking closely with team members within the defined region, and the Regional Sales Manager, to ensure customer service levels are best in class. /li liAuditing theatre Stryker stock (implants, disposables and instruments), managing consignment inventory and ensuring good asset management practice. /li liUnderstanding the clinical application of the broader Stryker business to always offer customers the best possible solution. /li liConducting trials and evaluations of products in both theatre and the clinical environment as and when required. /li liImplementation of training, provision of instruments and implementation of new Stryker business. This could include organizing and conducting training workshops and events for a broad customer group.

Treating customers and other employees with respect and representing Stryker in the best possible light. /li liBehaving with integrity and delivering on commitments within required timescales. /li liObserving customer needs and liaising with sales colleagues to follow up on and introduce new or additional Stryker products and/or support. /li liMaintaining a basic business plan highlighting daily, weekly, and monthly objectives. /li liDeveloping an understanding of the local healthcare environment and regional strategy. /li liAdditional responsibilities as directed by RSM (Regional Sales Manager). /li /ul h3bWhat you need /b /h3 pbMinimum Qualifications: /b /p ul liBachelor’s degree in engineering, healthcare or related experience/training in a medical, scientific, technical field /li liFrom 2-3 years of experience working in healthcare /li liNative or C2 level of Spanish and advanced level of English (C1 minimum) /li liStrong knowledge of the healthcare industry /li liValid EU driver’s license /li /ul pbPreferred Qualifications: /b /p ul liSales experience working with implants will be a plus /li liExperience working in Operating rooms /li liExperience working with tenders in regulated environments /liliMBA or Masters /li /ul h3bRole details: /b /h3 ul libTerritory: /bSpain Portugal (Iberia) /li libBased Location: /bBarcelona /li libType:
