/li liMonitor business performance against budgets and forecasts. /li liProvide financial modelling and investment analysis to support strategic decisions. /li /ul h3Financial Control Compliance /h3 ul liEnsure compliance with all statutory, fiscal and regulatory requirements. /li liMaintain responsibility for the preparation and submission of statutory accounts. /li liCoordinate external audits and relationships with auditors, tax advisors and regulatory authorities. /li liEnsure accurate accounting records and financial reporting in accordance with local GAAP. /li liMaintain robust internal controls and financial governance processes. /li liManage treasury, cash flow and capital expenditure controls. /li /ul h3Cost Management /h3 ul liMonitor and control departmental expenses throughout the hotel. /li liDemonstrate strong understanding and management of costs below GOP. /li liPartner with department heads to identify productivity improvements and cost-saving opportunities. /li liEnsure purchasing practices align with budgetary objectives and internal policies. /li /ul h3Pre-Opening Responsibilities /h3 ul liDevelop and implement all finance-related policies, procedures and controls.



/li liEstablish accounting systems, reporting frameworks and procurement processes. /li liSupport owner reporting requirements and project budget monitoring. /li liParticipate actively in pre-opening planning and operational readiness activities. /li /ul h3Requisitos /h3 h3Skills Qualifications /h3 ul liMinimum 5 years' experience as Director of Finance within luxury or upscale hotels. /li liPrevious experience in self-accounting hotels is essential. /li liExperience in independent, franchised or brand-owned hotel environments is highly preferred. /li liStrong knowledge of statutory reporting, external audits, taxation and local accounting regulations. /li liDemonstrated experience managing costs below GOP and hotel profitability. /li liProven ability to operate both strategically and hands-on. /li liExperience in hotel pre-openings is highly desirable. /li liStrong leadership and people management skills. /li liAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and hotel financial systems. /li liExperience with SAP, Oracle, Sun Systems or similar ERP platforms is advantageous. /li /ul h3Languages /h3 ul liFluent English (written and spoken) is essential. /li liFluent Spanish (written and spoken) is essential. /li /ul pJoin us at a pivotal moment in our journey and help shape the future of one of Seville's most exciting luxury hotel openings.
