Experteer Overview
As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you lead end-to-end deployments of frontier models for strategic customers, translating research breakthroughs into production systems. You will own discovery, scoping, system design, build, and rollout, collaborating with customer engineering and domain teams. You’ll measure success by production adoption and real-world impact, feeding insights to product and research. This role blends customer delivery with core platform work, offering higher visibility into how models reach users and shape roadmaps. Madrid-based with a hybrid schedule and relocation support, plus travel up to 50%.

Responsabilidades
• 5+ years of engineering or technical deployment experience with customer-facing work
• Experience scoping and delivering complex systems in fast-moving or ambiguous environments
• Production-grade code experience across frontend and backend (Python, JavaScript, or comparable stacks)
• Experience with systems powered by LLMs or generative models and their impact on product experience
• Ability to simplify complexity and make decisions under pressure
• Strong communication with engineers, product teams, and customer stakeholders
• Ability to identify risks early and adjust without slowing delivery
• Calm, sound judgment in high-stakes situations
