The Spanish facility is designed as the first net‑zero industrial park gigafactory in the country, aligning with AESC’s mission to pioneer sustainable battery manufacturing. /p h3Role Purpose /h3 pAs a bCost Contract Manager /b, you will lead the commercial and contractual management of major construction packages, ensuring contractual compliance, minimizing commercial risks, and maximizing project value throughout the project lifecycle. The role requires solid experience in large-scale industrial projects and a deep understanding of cost estimation, control, and monitoring for civil works and MEP disciplines. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead the commercial and contractual management of major construction and EPC contracts. /li liAdminister contracts throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations. /li liEvaluate, negotiate and manage change orders, variations and claims. /li liSupport tendering activities, bid evaluations and contract negotiations. /li liMonitor contractor performance from a commercial perspective. /li liIdentify and mitigate contractual and commercial risks. /li liCollaborate with Project Controls and Cost teams to monitor budgets and forecast commercial impacts. /li liPrepare commercial reports and recommendations for project leadership. /li liLiaise with Legal, Procurement and external stakeholders on contractual matters.



/li liSupport dispute avoidance and resolution strategies. /li liSupport on the implementation of the full‑cycle dynamic cost management for infrastructure projects, including regular cost statistics, risk monitoring and early warning. /li liEstablish and maintain the company’s engineering cost database to support project cost benchmarking. /li liSupervise the on‑site implementation of project budgets, participate in overall project cost control, and ensure effective delivery of project target cost indicators. /li liAssist in coordinating daily cost management work of company infrastructure projects, and optimize and sort out relevant business processes. /li /ul pLed by a diverse and experienced management team, bAESC employs more than 14,000 professionals worldwide /b.
