ppLocation: Barcelona (Hybrid) or Seville /p pOwn and scale outsourced operations performance /p pAre you experienced in managing external partners and driving operational performance through data and structure? /p pWe're partnering with a fast-scaling technology business to hire a Partnerships Manager to lead the relationship, governance, and performance of outsourced customer operations. /p pThis is a high-impact role with full ownership of vendor performance and a direct impact on customer experience. /p h3What you'll be doing /h3 ul liOwn and manage relationships with outsourced service providers (BPOs) /li liLead governance forums (weekly, monthly, quarterly reviews) /li liMonitor and improve performance across key KPIs (CSAT, SLA, resolution times) /li liManage vendor scorecards, performance plans, and escalations /li liOversee capacity planning, forecasting, and budgeting /li liEnsure partners align with internal processes and quality standards /li liDrive continuous improvement initiatives,
