We are a leading manufacturer of scientific and laboratory equipment with over 70 years of experience and a strong international presence. /p pWe are looking for a bSales Support Specialist /b to join our International Sales Department in bAbrera / Martorell (Barcelona). /b /p h3What you will do /h3 ul liProvide administrative support to the Export Sales team. /li liProcess customer orders and manage order entry in our ERP system. /li liPrepare quotations, proforma invoices, and sales documentation. /li liHandle customer and distributor inquiries via email and phone. /li liFollow up on orders, deliveries, and customer requests. /li liCoordinate with logistics, production, and other internal departments to ensure smooth order processing. /li liAssist with pricing, discounts, and commercial documentation. /li liSupport after-sales activities and help resolve customer issues. /li /ul h3What we are looking for /h3 ul liFluent English (C1 / Business level) – essential, as it is used daily. /li liExcellent communication and customer service skills. /li liStrong organizational skills with great attention to detail.
