Based in Barcelona with a hybrid work model. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliReporting Compliance: Lead the elaboration and coordination of the Estado de Información No Financiera (EINF), ensuring full alignment and compliance with Spanish and European regulatory requirements. /liliSustainability Roadmap Coordination: Lead the internal sustainability roadmap and coordinate effectively with external advisors and consultants. /liliESG Data Reporting: Conduct ESG data collection across departments and contribute to broader non‑financial reporting frameworks such as CSRD, GRI. /liliStakeholder Engagement: Organize stakeholder engagement activities, materiality assessments, and internal sustainability workshops. /liliKPIs Action Plans: Develop, monitor, and track sustainability Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and their related action plans. /liliProduct Supplier Initiatives: Support initiatives related to product sustainability, green certifications such as BCorp, and supplier standards. /liliSustainability Ambassador: Act as an ambassador for sustainability across the organization, fostering an internal culture of responsibility. /li /ulh3Minimum Requirements /h3ulliBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Environmental Science,



Sustainability, CSR, ESG, Business Sustainability, or a similar field. Degrees in Communication, Economics, or Business Administration (ADE) with a specialization or training in sustainability will also be considered. /liliMinimum 2 years of experience in sustainability, CSR, or ESG consulting, with proven experience in the preparation and drafting of EINFs. /liliGood understanding of sustainability frameworks and regulations such as Spanish non‑financial reporting laws, CSRD, ESG, GRI, and BCorp. /liliProven project management skills, strong data analysis capabilities, and experience in materiality analysis. /liliFluent in English and Spanish (both written and spoken) is mandatory.
