Experteer Overview In this role you own end-to-end project delivery to elevate customer experience and harmonize processes. You will align with global and regional teams to translate strategy into action, collect insights, and drive continuous improvement through structured project plans. You’ll manage cross-functional initiatives, oversee CRM-related improvements, and support retention and new business efforts. - Own end-to-end project management: design, planning, delivery, cost, and outcome evaluation
- Apply a strong customer-centric mindset in stakeholder interactions
- Align with Integral CSX, Regional CSX, GBS+, dX, Functions, and Business Units
- Collect and analyze customer feedback and market insights (Voice of Customer)
- Oversee CRM system implementation and identify improvement opportunities
- Contribute recommendations impacting CSX strategy
- Lead business and IT projects to improve customer experience and process harmonization
- Support customer service initiatives that drive retention and new business
- Communicate local action plans and link them to global CSX strategy
- Identify, evaluate, and implement customer experience improvement projects
- Design and roll out tools, processes, and initiatives aligned to Global CSX
- Lead cross-functional and country implementation teams
- Collaborate closely with CSX, CoE, GBS+, and Supply Chain teams




- Drive continuous improvement through innovation and structured project plans
- Manage performance using KPIs and reporting tools
- Set objectives, monitor progress, and take corrective actions
- Plan activities to ensure efficiency, continuity, and customer satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with Henkel standards, SHE, and sustainability requirementsResponsabilidades
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, International Management, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Fluent English; German/French/Spanish is a plus
- 3–5 years of experience in Project Management, PMO, Management Consulting, or cross-functional Supply Chain projects
- Basic understanding of end-to-end Supply Chain processes (Customer Service, Logistics, Planning, Sales, Order Management)
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across international markets
- Advanced PowerPoint and Excel; strong data analysis and executive presentation skills
- Basic knowledge of Power BI; hands-on experience with AI tools to boost productivity
- Experience in customer-facing environments (Customer Experience, retail, B2B) is advantageous
