ph3strongAbout The Role /strong /h3pWe're looking for a strongSenior Legal Counsel /strong to provide end-to-end legal support across our group of companies, covering corporate governance, commercial contracts, regulatory compliance, intellectual property, and MA across multiple jurisdictions, with a particular focus on the strongUK, Cyprus, and the EU /strong. /ppThis is a high-ownership role where you'll build scalable legal processes, work directly with the founders, proactively improve how legal operations are run, and leverage AI tools to work smarter and more efficiently. /ph3strongYour Mission /strong /h3ullipOwn legal processes end-to-end, designing and continuously improving scalable legal workflows. /p /lilipManage company incorporations and ongoing corporate maintenance across multiple jurisdictions, including the UK, Cyprus, the EU, Estonia, Poland, Latvia, and others. /p /lilipDraft, review, negotiate, and maintain a broad range of commercial agreements, including: service agreements, white-label agreements, licensing agreements, partnership agreements, customer agreements, and other commercial contracts. /p /lilipEnsure compliance with applicable UK and EU fintech and financial services regulations. /p /lilipSupport financial licensing processes and maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions. /p /lilipManage intellectual property matters, including trademarks and the Cyprus IP Box regime. /p /lilipSupport MA activities, including legal due diligence, transaction documentation, and coordination with external advisors. /p /lilipIdentify legal and regulatory risks and provide practical, business-focused legal guidance. /p /lilipMaintain accurate corporate records and ensure legal documentation remains organised and up to date. /p /lilipCollaborate with external law firms, corporate secretaries, accountants, auditors, regulators,



and other partners. /p /lilipMonitor regulatory developments and conduct legal research across relevant jurisdictions. /p /lilipPartner closely with the founders, contributing to strategic decisions and driving improvements across legal and corporate operations. /p /lilipActively use AI tools to streamline legal research, drafting, document management, and day-to-day legal work. /p /li /ulh3strongWhat Makes You a Great Fit /strong /h3ullip5+ years of experience as a Legal Counsel, Corporate Lawyer, or in a similar role. /p /lilipStrong background in corporate law, commercial contracts, and regulatory compliance. /p /lilipExperience supporting companies across multiple jurisdictions, particularly the UK, Cyprus, and the EU. /p /lilipGood understanding of fintech, payments, e-money, or broader financial services regulation. /p /lilipHands-on experience with company incorporations, corporate governance, and ongoing corporate maintenance. /p /lilipExperience supporting financial licensing processes and working with banks or financial institutions. /p /lilipExperience managing intellectual property matters, including trademarks.
