Experteer Overview
In this role you lead cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end transformations for insurance (claims, pricing, underwriting) across international engagements. You will drive large programs by coordinating strategy, data, and technical experts to deliver scalable solutions. You collaborate with global colleagues to advance BCG’s insurance transformation initiatives and contribute to a high-impact specialist squad. This is a integral, client-facing position that leverages analytical thinking and relationship-building to drive measurable outcomes.

Responsabilidades
• At least 8 years of professional experience, including 3+ years in insurance technical excellence (pricing, claims, underwriting)
• Previous consulting experience preferred; value for experience in insurance companies or insurance consulting
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's or MBA a plus
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
• Proven ability to build relationships and manage stakeholders across levels of seniority
• Fluency in English and Spanish
