/li liContribute to project implementations /li liParticipate in design, build, and test phases sometimes remotely and other times at the client site as needed. /li liDevelop trade workflows and interfaces to set up communication between external platforms and murex to receive trade and other data feeds, process them, save into the system, and send acknowledgement. Use a combination of MXMLExchange, MXopenconnect, Murex APIs, and Datamart to successfully deliver such solutions. /li liContribute to functional documentation of the test cases and use cases by the client. /li liContribute to Design documentation for the Build process of the Product. /li liDevelop and maintain end-to-end configuration management packages etc. Install, Deploy and test Murex packaged interfaces like MDIT (market data interface tool), Markitwire, BSMT and MarkitCredit to receive live and end-of-day data from external providers like Bloomberg, Reuters, Markit, etc. /li liHandle support cases from notification to resolution and validation. /li liParticipate in the business as usual and project support: follow-up of client open cases through email, CRM portal, phone-calls and on-site visits /li liDevelop an understanding of ongoing activities and manage own deliverables / progress /li liManage bug fixes and enhancements with the Product Team /li liIntegrate with various teams to deliver the right solution to client. /li liWork with S4C stream leads, Front-Office, Back-Office, or Risk teams to understand requirements and develop solutions for the client. /li liWork with the Product division team to provide them timely details on defects – how to reproduce the issue, project/client constraints, and how to validate the fix. /li liFollow up with the S4C stream leads, the Project Manager, and other teams to meet deadlines and regular meetings to make sure the delivery is on time. /li liWork with technologies including SQL, Unix, and Murex proprietary standards like Murex Scripting Language (MSL), XMLF, etc. for client solutions. /li liUse SQL for end-of-day report generation, STP (straight through processing) failure issues, PL evaluation, for analyzing issues in trade feed and status Etc. /li liJava programming skills are not essential but are a plus.
