A leading company in the luxury cosmetics sector, with
a presence across several European countries and headquartered in
Barcelona, is seeking for a motivated intern to support our HR
efforts across European markets. This internship provides hands-on
experience in the cosmetics industry, working closely with our HR
team in a dynamic, collaborative environment. What do we look for
in the adecuado candidate? Providing administrative support to the HR
department. Managing employee records and maintaining the HR
database. Assisting with the recruitment process, including job
postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Coordinating onboarding and offboarding processes. Handling
employee inquiries and resolving HR-related issues. Assisting with
HR projects and initiatives. 1 Year of internship Your profile and
soft skills should be: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or




Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a
related field. Strong interest in the cosmetics industry. Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work
effectively in a team. Strong organizational skills to manage
multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office. C2 level of English is a must and
C1 level of Italian or French plus any European language is
