Key Responsibilities

-

- Create, set up, and execute CRM campaigns across email, push notifications, and SMS, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and correct delivery through QA checks before campaign launches.

- Support the preparation of campaign briefs and coordinate with design, content, and commercial teams on CRM activations, product launches,



and commercial campaigns.

- Build and maintain audience segments based on customer data and behavioral insights to support targeted campaign execution.

- Support A/B testing execution, reporting, and campaign performance analysis, monitoring results to identify opportunities for optimization and customer engagement improvement.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and aligned with brand standards and business objectives.

- Support the development, optimization, and maintenance of automated customer journeys and lifecycle communications, providing CRM administrative support including documentation, request tracking, and finance‑related support.
