ppHill International is seeking an experienced bProject Controls Manager /b to support the delivery of major infrastructure projects in Valencia, Spain. /p pWe are looking for a structured, analytical and delivery-focused professional capable of establishing and managing robust project controls across programme, cost, risk, change, reporting and performance management. /p pExperience in port, maritime or logistics infrastructure would be highly valued, although candidates with strong backgrounds in transport, rail, aviation, industrial, energy or other major infrastructure sectors will also be considered. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liEstablish and manage project controls systems, processes and reporting structures. /li liLead programme, cost, risk, change and performance monitoring activities. /li liDevelop and maintain integrated project schedules, dashboards and progress reports. /li liReview contractor programmes, progress updates, recovery plans and change impacts. /li liSupport the Project Director and client team with evidence-based decision-making. /li liCoordinate project controls information across technical, commercial, contractual and delivery teams. /li liIdentify trends, risks,



deviations and corrective actions. /li liPrepare clear, concise and reliable reports for clients and senior stakeholders. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liDegree in Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or similar. /li liMinimum 10 years’ experience in project controls, planning, cost management or project management. /li liStrong experience on major infrastructure, industrial or complex construction projects. /li liAdvanced knowledge of Primavera P6, MS Project and project reporting tools. /li liStrong understanding of cost control, earned value, risk management and change control. /li liExperience working with FIDIC or similar construction contracts would be valued. /li liProfessional fluency in Spanish and English. /li /ul pAt Hill International Spain, we are firmly committed to equal opportunities.
