Experteer Overview
In this role you will design end-to-end AI solutions for large enterprise clients, built on robust data pipelines and lakehouse architectures. You will work with cross-functional teams across Spain in the xTech Competence Centre, delivering production-ready AI systems and advancing RAG, embeddings and LLM integrations. You will contribute to internal AI activities, sharing accelerators and best practices. This is a hands-on, impact-driven position at the intersection of data engineering and cutting-edge AI.

Responsabilidades




• Master's degree in a STEM field
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills
• Proficient in Python
• Hands-on PySpark experience
• Solid Databricks experience (notebooks, jobs, clusters, Delta Lake)
• ETL/ELT design in lakehouse or cloud environments
• Strong SQL and Postgres knowledge; data modeling and integration with AI workloads
• Experience with structured and unstructured data; text, documents, images, etc.
• Knowledge of Generative AI techniques and LLMs; open-source LLMs (preferably Qwen)
• Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation, embeddings and vector search
• Prompt engineering and LLM orchestration
• API/data workflow integration; Git
• Model evaluation, data quality, monitoring and responsible AI
• Fluent in Spanish and English
