ppWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced bSAP Consultant /b specializing in bEnterprise Asset Management (EAM)/Plant Maintenance (PM) /b, to join our ERP practice. This role involves working with diverse clients across industries to design, implement, and optimize integrated ERP solutions. As a consultant, you will contribute to solution architecture, process design, and end-to-end project execution. /p h3Client Engagement Delivery /h3 ul liCollaborate with clients to understand business requirements and translate them into functional SAP solutions across EAM/PM domains. /li liLead workshops, requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, and solution blueprinting. /li liDeliver high-quality SAP configurations, testing, training, and documentation as per project methodology (Agile/Waterfall). /li /ul h3SAP EAM / Plant Maintenance /h3 ul liDesign and implement asset lifecycle processes including equipment master data, maintenance plans, task lists, work order management, and failure analysis. /li liEnable clients to improve asset reliability, minimize downtime, and comply with safety and regulatory standards. /li liIntegrate with SAP IAM tools to support mobile maintenance and operational efficiency. /li /ul h3Project Management Support /h3 ul liSupport solution design documentation, cutover planning, and hypercare activities. /li liProvide post-go-live support, change management guidance, and knowledge transfer to clients.



/li liContribute to internal knowledge sharing and continuous improvement initiatives. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liMinimum 6+ years of S4/HANA consulting experience with at least 1 full lifecycle implementation in SAP EAM/PM. /li liStrong knowledge of SAP asset maintenance processes and related asset master data. /li liProven experience working in a client-facing role within a consulting or systems integrator environment. /li liSolid understanding of integration with modules such as MM, WH, QM, FI/CO, and EWM. /li liExperience with SAP S/4HANA related to Maintenance and Logistics. /li liSAP Certified in EAM, PM modules is an added bonus. /li liExperience in Intelligent Asset Management such as SAP Service and Asset Manager (SAM), Asset Management (APM) is an added bonus. /li liExperience in SAP Master Data Governance - EAM /M (MDG-EAM, MDG-M) is an added bonus. /li liWorking knowledge of Agile project delivery frameworks. /li liSubstantial proven experience working in client-facing consulting/contracting roles. /li liExperience in general delivery and working with offshore resources. /li liGood communication with professional level English and proactive attitude. /li liNo travel limitations. /li /ul h3Benefits /h3 ul liIndustry-leading compensation and benefits. /li liTop training and development opportunities for career growth. /li liInclusive and entrepreneurial culture. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
