ppWe are looking for an bSpecialist System Administrator Linux /b for the Hosting Technology team: /p h3Key responsibilities /h3 ul liPlatform Management: Build, maintain, and optimize large-scale Linux platforms and Ceph storage clusters. /li liContinuity Support: Provide Level 3 support, working closely with Level 2 teams and participating in on‑call rotations (approx. 1 week every 6) after an initial adaptation period. /li liKnowledge Transfer: Collaborate with colleagues in Cologne (Germany) to absorb institutional knowledge of legacy systems and document critical processes. /li liContinuous Improvement: Identify performance bottlenecks and propose/implement proactive improvements to the existing architecture. /li /ul h3What we'd like to see /h3 ul liExperience: Minimum of 3 years in Linux systems administration, with at least 1-2 years in team leadership or technical management roles. /li liStorage: Proven experience operating Ceph clusters. /li liAutomation Configuration: Strong command of configuration management tools (Puppet, Saltstack) and orchestration tools (Ansible, Terraform). /li liScripting: Advanced proficiency in BASH and Python. /li liCloud Virtualization: Hands‑on experience with OpenStack. /li liObservability:
