Valencia International University (VIU) is committed to a adaptable, innovative educational model closely aligned with today’s professional reality. As part of an international higher education environment, we deliver high-quality online education supported by a distinguished faculty of active professionals and global experts, strongly focused on practical application and real-world impact.

For the 2026–2027 academic year, we are seeking online lecturers and academic collaborators with solid expertise in Business Administration and Management, capable of delivering high-quality teaching within our MBA program.

We especially welcome applications from candidates accredited by ANECA or equivalent quality assurance agencies, who demonstrate a strong commitment to academic excellence and innovation in higher education.

Key Responsibilities

-

- Deliver and manage online teaching within MBA modules.

- Monitor and support student learning and academic progress.

- Supervise and assess Master’s Final Projects (TFM) and participate in evaluation committees.

- Design, oversee, and grade assessments and examinations.





- Continuously update course content to reflect current business trends and practices.

- Integrate digital tools and innovative methodologies into teaching.

- Participate in academic coordination meetings.

- Collaborate in faculty activities, academic events, and institutional initiatives.

- Contribute to research projects and teaching innovation, as well as dissemination of results.

Requisitos

What We Are Looking For (Your Profile)

- A PhD or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, or related fields (PhD highly valued).

- Proven professional or academic expertise in areas such as:

- Strategic Management

- Marketing and Digital Business

- Finance and Accounting

- Operations and Supply Chain

- Leadership and Innovation

- Digital Transformation

- Sustainable People Management

- Sustainability and ESG in Business

- Digital Business and Emerging Technologies

- Teaching experience, preferably in online or blended learning environments.

- Accreditation by ANECA or other recognized evaluation bodies (highly desirable).

- Proficient in English (minimum C1 level), both written and spoken.

- Strong digital competencies and experience with virtual learning platforms.

- A commitment to student-centered learning and applied, practice-oriented education.

- Research experience and academic publications (a plus).

- Professional experience in the corporate or business environment (highly valued).
