As a Business Process Consultant (m/f), you analyze, design, and standardize global business processes. You drive continuous improvement of IT-supported operations, focusing on ERP and CRM systems. Acting as a key interface between business, IT, and management, you support process harmonization and digital transformation in an international environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Process Analysis & Standardization
- Analyze existing processes and identify optimization potential.
- Define and implement standardized, scalable processes.
- Process Modeling & Documentation
- Model processes (e.G., BPMN) and maintain clear documentation.
- Ensure transparency and consistency across functions.
- ERP & CRM Processes
- Design and improve processes in ERP (Finance, Procurement) and CRM (Sales, Service).
- Ensure seamless end‑to‑end integration.
- Business & IT Alignment
- Translate business needs into system-supported process solutions.
- Support implementation in SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, etc.
- Transformation & Projects
- Contribute to system implementations, harmonization, and M&A; initiatives.
- Ensure consistent rollout of processes.
- Governance & Continuous Improvement
- Define process standards and governance.
- Monitor quality and drive ongoing improvements.
Essential Requirements
- Degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in business process consulting or analysis.
- Strong expertise in process analysis and modeling (e.G., BPMN), end‑to‑end processes (L2C, P2P, R2R), and ERP/CRM systems (SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce).
- Analytical, structured, and solution‑oriented mindset.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in global, matrix organizations and change management.
- Fluent English (C1 level minimum).
Advantageous Experience
- Experience in international transformation or system implementation projects.
- Knowledge of process tools (Signavio, ARIS, Visio).
- Understanding of system architectures and integration.
- Spanish and German language skills.
