At Cigna Healthcare, your work contributes to better care experiences and supports customers through important moments in their lives. /p /br /brh3About the Role /h3 /brpYou will lead complex Epics, programmes, and business transformation initiatives within the Technology Agile Product Enablement Team, with a strong focus on regulatory change, digital enablement, customer journey improvement, and operational readiness. You will work in a fast‑paced, evolving environment where priorities may change, partnering with senior business, technology, risk, compliance, operations, product, and regulatory stakeholders to turn complex requirements into clear delivery plans and sustainable outcomes. /p /br /brh3What You’ll Do /h3 /brul /brliLead large, complex, and highly visible Epics, projects, and programmes across Business and IT, using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery approaches as appropriate. /li /brliPartner with senior leaders up to VP and business CEO level to shape, prioritise, and deliver initiatives that support business goals, regulatory expectations, and customer outcomes. /li /brliChair Steering Committees and provide clear, decision‑ready updates on scope, time, budget, risk, customer impact, and regulatory considerations. /li /brliOwn delivery governance, including RAID management, decision logs, evidence capture, reporting cadence, stakeholder engagement, and proactive risk and issue resolution. /li /brliDrive business readiness by working with Operations, Product, Compliance, Risk, Technology, and Business Readiness SMEs to ensure change is understood, adopted, and delivered effectively.



/li /brliLead feasibility, scoping, requirements, and impact assessment activities across customer, operational, regulatory, and technology dimensions. /li /brliSupport cross‑functional teams across locations and time zones by setting clear expectations, managing competing priorities, and seeing work through to completion. /li /br /ul /br /brh3What You’ll Bring /h3 /brul /brliMinimum of 10 years of experience in Epic, programme, or project management, including Agile, iterative, incremental, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery. /li /brliExperience delivering large digital, regulatory, customer journey, or business transformation programmes. /li /brliStrong understanding of regulatory, compliance, operational resilience, and consumer protection issues within health insurance or financial services. /li /brliExperience translating complex regulatory, operational, or digital requirements into practical delivery plans, business readiness activity, and sustainable change. /li /brliProven ability to manage budgets, financial forecasting, planning, cost control, and benefits discipline across multi‑year initiatives. /li /brliStrong communication skills, with the ability to create clear written, verbal, and presentation materials for senior stakeholders. /li /br /ul /br /brh3Skills /h3 /brpSoft Skills /p /brul /brliOwnership and follow‑through in ambiguous or fast‑moving environments. /li /brliAdaptability and learning agility when priorities, information, or delivery needs change. /li /brliStrong stakeholder management, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills. /li /brliAbility to motivate cross‑functional teams and support accountability without direct line management. /li /brliCross‑cultural awareness and comfort working across general teams. /li /br /ul /brpTechnical / Functional Skills /p /brul /brliEpic, programme, and project delivery management. /li /brliAgile, SAFe, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery approaches. /li /brliUsage of JIRA or similar work management tool. /li /brliRegulatory governance, evidence‑based decision making,
