About Damiani

Damiani is one of Italy's most prestigious luxury jewelry Houses, renowned worldwide for its exceptional craftsmanship, timeless elegance, and excellence in fine jewelry. We are looking for a passionate and experienced Sales Advisor to join our boutique at Galería Canalejas, Madrid, delivering an outstanding luxury experience to an international clientele.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver an exceptional and personalized client experience, ensuring the highest standards of luxury service.

- Develop strong relationships with local and international clients through proactive clienteling and CRM activities.

- Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets and KPI objectives.

- Present and sell Damiani's Fine Jewelry and Luxury Timepieces, sharing the Maison's heritage, craftsmanship, and product expertise.

- Identify clients' needs and provide tailored recommendations to create memorable shopping experiences.

- Support after-sales service and follow-up to ensure long-term client satisfaction and loyalty.

- Maintain the boutique's visual merchandising standards and ensure products are presented according to the Maison's guidelines.

- Contribute to inventory management, stock organization, and operational excellence.





- Work collaboratively with the boutique team to achieve business goals and uphold Damiani's values and image.

Profile

-

- Minimum 3–5 years' experience in Luxury Retail, preferably within Fine Jewelry, High-End Watches, or Luxury Fashion.

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering outstanding customer service.

- Strong clienteling skills with the ability to build long-lasting relationships with high-net-worth and international clients.

- Passion for luxury, craftsmanship, and exceptional service.

- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

- Professional appearance with impeccable etiquette and attention to detail.

- Proactive, results-driven, and team-oriented mindset.

- Comfortable using CRM systems and digital sales tools.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in Fine Jewelry or Luxury Watch retail is highly preferred.

- Fluency in Spanish and English is required.

- Italian is considered a plus.

- Additional languages such as Arabic, Mandarin, French, or Russian will be considered an advantage.
